Let me introduce myself: I am a Frenchwoman who has lived in Venice’s historic center for over thirty years. I earned a Master II in History from the Sorbonne University (Paris IV ) with the highest honors, and I am a licensed tour guide certified by the Veneto Region.

I’m married to a true-blue Venetian, and I have two Franco-Italian children who completed their entire schooling on the islands of Venice—a place that has, over time, become my natural habitat, where I feel right at home, just like a fish in the lagoon! Just like a “go’,” the small fish typical of the lagoon around Burano…
