My name is Joan, and I grew up in Germany, specifically in Düsseldorf.

Coming from a mixed family, I grew up with two different cultures and ways of looking at life.
Naples gave me the joy of living, and of seeing the world with different eyes…going beyond everything.
Düsseldorf taught me precision, rigor, and the desire to have fun.

I have always been a great communicator. My first license was that of tour guide, which allows me to travel the world, the second that of tour guide with which I introduce the city that adopted me, Venice, and the third that of nature environmental guide, which allows me to work in nature. I am a very empathetic person and I don’t panic.

I enjoy reading, traveling, theater and ballet. I live with enthusiasm every minute of my work, the most beautiful in the world, a passion that comes from within. What sets me apart? My smile plastered on my face.
